Petition for the Third PGR Filed: American Simmental Ass’n v. Leachman Cattle

This is the third PGR petition that has been filed on November 21, 2014. Thus, this was filed as a part of the PTO fisclal year 2015. The proposed rejections are for lack of statutory subject matter (35 U.S.C. § 101), as well as being unpatentable over certain prior art (35 U.S.C. § 102 and § 103).
