Petition for the Second PGR Filed: Accord Healthcare v. Helsinn Healthcare

This is the second PGR petition that has been filed in September of 2014. The proposed rejections are for lack of written description and enablement (35 U.S.C. § 112(a) under the AIA), as well as indefiniteness (35 U.S.C. § 112(b)).
