Who Maintains This Site

PostGrantProceedings.com is an independent educational resource maintained by Wysebridge. Wysebridge provides intellectual property and patent law training, including training seminars on U.S. patent practice and preparation for the USPTO registration examination.

How Content Is Written

  • Original text. Pages are written from primary authorities (the Patent Act, USPTO rules, the MPEP and published decisions), not copied from other sites.
  • Summary first. Each page opens with a summary, followed by the detail.
  • Citations. Pages list the statutes, rules and guidance they rely on so you can verify them.
  • Dates. Each page shows when it was last updated. Procedures change, so check the USPTO for the current rules.

Corrections

To report an error or an out-of-date statement, contact us with the page address and the primary source. Corrections are reviewed and made promptly.
