Petitioner CBS Interactive, Inc. filed a petition for an IPR of a Helfrerich Patent Licensing, LLC patent.

HOLDING

The Board issued this notice to inform the parties that the petition had been accorded a filing date. The Board instructed Patent owner that it may file or waive the filing of a preliminary response no later than three months from the date of the notice and that Patent owner is required to submit a mandatory notice information pursuant to 7 C.F.R. § 42.8(a)(2) within 21 days of service of the petition.
